Pugh, OSM
This complete inspection was conducted on November 29, 1994.
The weather was clear and cold. During the past summer the
contour ditches had been reworked and the rills and gullies
regraded. According to the State Inspector these redisturbed
areas had been reseeded but there was no evidence of
germination at the time of the inspection. These areas had
not been mulched; however, the portion of the regraded Ditch
#3 downdrain that lay outside of the new rip-rap had been
mulched.
The sediment ponds appeared to be stable and some contained a
small amount of water. The entrance channel to Pond #2 showed
some slight erosion, additional rip-rap would prevent this
from developing into a problem. Sediment had been removed
from Pond #5 and place outside of drainage control. The State
Inspector issued Notice of Violatiori #C-94-023 to address this
violation.
The buildings and haulroa
request of the landowner.
the summer.
