I arrived at the project site at 11:00 A.M. as requested by Mr. Henry Barb.
I performed soil density tests as requested by Mr. Barb of material being placed
in todays lift on the lower lift, using nuclear soil density test methods. Please
refer to the test results sheets for approximate test locations and test results.
The test results were verbally given to Mr. Neil Hendrickson of Beavers Construction
at the time of our site visit. The approximate test locations were determined by
Mr. Barb. The tests results indicate only the relative compaction and soil moisture
content of the material tested at the elevation and location tested at the time of
our site visit. Moisture Content tests were performed using a speedy moisture tester.
