<br />"violations:' [n order to facilitate the ELB Stone's desire to wrap all of the permits into one 112 Permit <br />(specifically, the existing M-81-107 permit) and correct the various problems noted on the quarries, the <br />operator will need to submit the following; <br />I. In conjunction with permits M-81-107, M-82-023, NI-84-081. Nt-93-037 and M-98-072 <br />submit a complete f 13 Amendment Application to NI-81-107 (or submit a New 112 Permit <br />Application) to incorporate all azeas of disturbance (mining & reclamation) into the permit <br />area by May 15, 2000. <br />2. In conjunction with permits M-81-107, M-82-028, M-84-081, Nf-93-037 and NI-98-072 <br />submit an interim reclamation bond in the amount of $20,000.00 by May 1~, 2000. The <br />interim bond of $20,000.00 must be submitted under the M-81-107 permit, and will be <br />adjusted accordingly during the amendment review period. With the submittal of the interim <br />bond, the operator will need to submit a letter stating that the bond can be applied to all of the <br />quarries noted above until the permit amendment is approved by the Division. <br />If the Division does not receive the permit amendment or interim reclamation bond by May 15, <br />2000, then it will be scheduled for the next hearing at the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd fora , <br />possible violation of the Construction Material Rules and Regulations, specifically mining and/or <br />disturbing an area outside the approved permit area. It should be noted that the previous <br />operators and permittees of the said quarries might also be subject to any violation, civil penalty <br />or corrective actions if this item is presented to the MLRB: =~-. •.° - :. • .... .--b. ;~-'F,h:: <br />Thank you again for your assistance and cooperation in this matter.
