The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. Photographic documentation of sediment control installation must be <br />submitted to DMG by the correction date specified. <br />2. The site has apparently been idle since May 2001 without proper notice of temporary 3-31-2005 <br />cessation being file. PB or PV: PB <br />TOPIC(S): AR <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: _, _, <br />Submit adequate notice of temporary cessation, per rule 1.13.5, to DMG by the <br />correction date specified. <br />3. The reclamation cost estimate has been recalculated to update for cost of living and 4-25-2005 <br />equipment evolution changes. The current bond was found to be inadequate to reclaim PB or PV: PB <br />the site per the approved reclamation plan.
