Phase I-B is the active phase at this time A portion of the current edge <br />of the Phase I-B pit adjoins this setback. It is not marked and further activity within this phase will lengthen the margin <br />of the adjoining pit and setback. and possibly even encroach on the setback. The lacking markers and potential for <br />encroachment. are noted as a problem in this report )under signs and markers) to be corrected as described above and <br />by the date shown on the last gage. <br />The bond has not been reviewed in several years, and is due for recalculation. The site is well-organized, free of debris, <br />and is generally in compliance with the approved plan. No major change to the bond amount is expected. Upon mailing <br />of the new bond estimate, the operator will have 60 days to provide any needed increase. There is no problem with the <br />bond at this time. <br />There were no other items discussed or noted.
