III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection, The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the New Horizon Mine for the month of Apri;, 2002. The purpose of this <br />inspection is to conduct normal operations and environmental compliance. <br />ROADS: All roads appear to be in excellent condition. The detour is functioning as designed. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: Mine 2 Ponds 7 8 ti have water in them and 7 may be discharging. <br />BACKFILL 8 GRADING: B 8 G was in progress as is normal.
