L <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of July, 2001. The site is reclaimed and <br />the weather clear. Henry Austin from the OSM was present for the inspection. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The site is an exemplary site as far as reclamation is concerned. <br />General Mine Compliance:: Vegetation is outstanding and no signs of erosion is present, spraying of burdock and <br />Canada thistle is recommended. <br />
