Commarrta also descrbe any enforcement ectlons taken dur~g the irtapectlon <br />and the facts or evidence supporilruj the enfon~ment actlon. <br />ltvo aerial photographs were taken of the Hawk's Nest Mine site by Harry Kenney from the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology an Match 26, 1998. This photograph was reviewed by William J. Carter of the <br />Division of lvimerals and Geology on Apri19, 1998. <br />B®tdl: <br />The Old Colauado Highway 133 was clear and appeared in good condition at the time of these <br />photographs. <br />The sedimentation pond appears to contain free water at the time the photograph was taken. However, it <br />does not appear in be discharging at this time. <br />Slides and DamaQC• <br />One of these photographs is of the West Portal area, and there is no indication of sliding or other erosion <br />at this tithe. <br />
