Mr. Ranney stated that he sew no <br />problems et the site. <br />ROADS A portion of the heal road near the shops eppeare in Photograph (5). k eppeare bD be in <br />compliance. <br />HYDROLOGIC BAIIWCE There appears in be low levels of water in the Went P'd Fm Sedimentation <br />Pond QPhologreph (4)] and the Section 16 Sedmentaton Pond [Photograph (ti)]. The wash bay <br />impoundment appears ib be neary ful [Photograph (5)]. These itertls appear to be in rromp6ance. <br />BACKFIWNG AND GRADING Becldr! of Section 16 Pit by a dreg6ne (back~asting) can be seen in <br />Photographs (1) and (10). Dragine bade-casting in the West P'it can be seen in Picture (2). Becldl0 by <br />truckfiaul in the East Pit is seen in Photograph (6). No greding operations appear in arty of the <br />photographs. AI appear m be in trortlpiant>B. <br />EXPLOSNES Holes dried in preparation of blasting can be seen in Photograph (2) in the West Pit They <br />appear to be in compiance. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES The shops and field olfioe areas appear in Photograph (5).
