The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the ~nspect~on <br />and the facts or evidence suppoAing the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation Mining. and Safety (Division) on September 25. 2007. Oblique aerial <br />photographs were reviewed in the office by Kent Gorham of the Division on October 11 <br />2007 This mine is bond revoked. <br />Slides and Damage <br />Gullies are prevalent in the reclaimed pit area due to poor soil cohesion and limited <br />vegetation Storm runoff. when it occurs. exacerbates the downcutting of existing gullies <br />This wdl likely continue wdhout some type of mitigative measure.
