An average of 55' x
4.5' x 160• will be used in our calculations, for a total of 1470 CY of additional topsoil.
A stockpile of 555 CY of manure was also oneite at this time. It ie possible that the
Operator could vee this material ae a soil amendment, to make up for the topsoil deficit.
The bond will be recalculated in light of the addition to the topsoil stockpiles, and a new
financial warranty assessed for the site. Should the Operator wish to submit a Technical
Revision to the permit within 30 days, explaining how the manure will be used as a soil
amendment, DMG will include ouch changes into our bond calculations.
I & E Contact Addreee cc: Carl B.
