III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine far the month of October, 1996. <br />The site is very well vegetated and stable. The grasses have dried back for the season. <br />No significant erosional features were observed and none are expected due to the excellent <br />vegetative cover. <br />
