Comments also describe any enforcement actions takon during the mspectron and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspectOn of the Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of July, 2003. The site is reGaimed and the <br />weather partly cloudy and windy. <br />Hydrologic Balance: Vegetation is heavy and no signs oferosion are visible, although much dryer than last month <br />Goneral Mlno Compliance: No problems were noted at this site. <br />
