_. <br />i <br />III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown on July 16, 1998. The two photographs <br />taken were examined on July 20, 1998. The ground appeared dry. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />The pond appeared dry. The embankments and inslopes appeared stable. Trout <br />Creek is full of water. <br />REVEGETATION <br />Vegetative cover appears sparse on the disturbed areas. In the air photos, <br />the light brown colored former facilities/yard area contrasts with the <br />neigboring green, lush-appearing pasture land immediately to the east. <br />SLIDES AND DAMAGE <br />No problems were apparent on the office SAE backfill slope or on the portal <br />bench. <br />Page 3 <br />
