Revegetation <br />The area east of the Delagua North road and north of the county road <br />up Delagua Canyon was traversed on foot. This reclaimed area is <br />located on steep, generally south-facing slopes (see photo below). <br />Reclaimed areas are dominated by brush with a sparse understory of <br />grasses and occasional remnants of last growing seasons weeds <br />(scotch thistle). Cattle grazing evidence was obvious and will <br />likely be a problzm in the future since the area is not fenced to <br />preclude grazing by domestic cattle.
