Richard Coulson of Coulson Excavating was present during the <br />inspection. <br />The Bonser Pit ie located 2.5 mile east of Loveland in Larimer County, Colorado. An 112c <br />Mining and Reclamation Permit was issued on March 5, 2003 for a permit area of 90 acres in <br />size. The postmining land use is cropland and the Division holds a financial warranty in <br />the amount of $186,000.00. <br />Mining has not yet stared at the site. According to the operator, the special use permit <br />is still being considered by Larimer County.
