INSPECTOR'S INITIALS TAS
1. The Jefferson Flat Pit was inspected as part of the Division's routine monitoring
program.
2. Signs and markers were present as required by Rule 3.1.12.
3. All disturbance was within the 5 acre permit boundary. A significant portion of the
permit area was excavated to a depth of approximately 8 feet.
4. Available topsoil has been salvaged and stockpiled for use during reclamation. The
topsoil stockpile was recently seeded during the spring of 1997.
