This should come in handu <br />if the operator is found to be in non-compliance. Division policy allows for a hanging in <br />lieu of issuing a Notice of Violation or Cease and Desist Order. <br />9. a5 Hydrologic Balance <br />1. The coal dumped in the diversion ditch has not been cleaned out yet. <br />2. The end of the culvert below the fuel tanks must be modified so water will directly <br />enter the drainage ditch. <br />9.15 Revegetation <br />The areas seeded last fall were checked. In some places there was good germination, <br />but in others there was very Iittle germination. It is still too early to judge re- <br />vegetation success. <br />
