The Division
inspected the site on June 7, 1993; a copy of the inspection report
is attached. It is the Division's understanding that once you
leave the paved county road, you are on a shared access private
road. I examined the shared road up to the turn off to your
constructed pond, and if the road was damaged by Schmalz's
activities this spring, the damage had been repaired. At the time
of my inspection the road was in good shape with no ruts, pot-
holes, or signs of erosion.
I hope that this addresses all of your concerns. If you have any
questions, please contact me.
Sincere,-y,
~~~~~~~
~ ~ ~~~~~
Allen C.
