Present during the inspection <br />were Messrs Gary Goodrich and Tim Comer of CC&V. The area had received measurable snow the night <br />before approximately 3-b inches of snow was covering the entire area at the time of the inspection. <br />Looked at the Squaw Gulch overburden storage area. As reported in the past inspection, the Phase V portion <br />of the storage area placement is commencing. Once the placement of the over burden is completed in this <br />area, the reclamation will commence immediately. . <br />Inspected the East Cresson area Phase II area mining is completed and back filling of the pit will commence as <br />approved in the TR AND AMENDMENT # 8. <br />Inspected the Phase I, II, III and IV Leach pad areas and collected the following readings from the High and <br />Low Volume Solution Collection systems. <br />Phase I High Volume Solution Collection Transducer #2 was recorded at 41.7 # 3 was at 41.2. Low Volume <br />transducer # 1 was recorded at .17 and # 2 was at .44 . Piezometer for the pond was recorded at 41.9 feet. <br />Phase II and III High Volume Solution Collection system transducer # 4 was recorded at 25.7 # 5 was recorded <br />at 21.1 and # 6 was at 25.5. Low Volume Transducer # i was recorded at .08 and # 2 was at .69.Piezometer for <br />the pond was at 28.7 feet <br />Phase IV High Volume Solution Collection Transducer # 7 was recorded at 17.9 # 8 16.4, # 9 was at 17.6 and # <br />10 was al 17.9. Low Volume solution collection Transducer # 1 was recorded at 14.0 and # 2 was at 6.0 inches <br />of hydrostatic head. Note: All transducer readings are in feet of hydrostatic head unless otherwise noted. <br />Inspected the External pond, it was holding what appeared to be frozen water with fresh snow cover from the <br />night before. Transducer reading for the ponds was at 11.5 and 13.6 inches of hydrostatic head. <br />Inspected the under drain discharge areas. All the ponds were covered with snow from the night before. Both <br />the 4-inch pipe and the south under drain were discharging at a trickle.
