III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />with approximately half that amount being topsoil. All holes <br />verified that the required depth was replaced. Please see the <br />enclosed form "Annual Bond Release Compliance Tracking" for more <br />details regarding this investigation. <br />Reveaetation <br />The water tank site has been topsoiled, seeded, and mulched. In <br />addition, the Lone Pine development waste pile and topsoil <br />stockpile were seeded and mulched. The seed was applied using <br />broadcast methods in the above areas. At the time of the <br />inspection, the west side of the refuse pile was being hydroseeded. <br />The seed tags for these areas is included in this report. Also, <br />the buttress at the substation was completed and has been seeded <br />and mulched. <br />Excess Spoil and Development Waste <br />As previously mentioned, the Lone Pine development waste pile has <br />been seeded and mulched. The seed tag is included in this <br />inspection report. MCC has subsoiled and topsoiled the west facing <br />slope of the lower refuse pile. At the time of the inspection this <br />slope was being hydroseeded. In addition, a portion of the <br />buttress constructed for the haul/access road above the pile has <br />been topsoiled and will be seeded. <br />CEJ/007INSP.1025 <br />
