Given the current <br />weather situation, your request for an extension of the correction due date is granted. The <br />revised correction due date for problem no.'s 1 and 2 is hereby set for April 21, 2000. Your <br />response is adequate to correct problem no. 3. <br />As we discussed by phone, if I:he survey does indicate mining has occurred outside the approved <br />permit boundary, an enforceml;nt action may be taken.
