The other dates indicate 4-23-97, the correct date. You might want to <br />make a correction on the report form so nobody is confused in the future as to whether you did <br />the inspection in April or May. There is no need to provide new report copies to us. We have <br />already noted the error on our copies. <br />We will probably provide a short response to your comments on the backfill materials. Bud <br />Herskind tells me he has some additional documentation regarding that matter that probably <br />should go into your files just to indicate that this has been addressed. The permit addresses the <br />outside sources of fill, but because it involves Certificate of Designation concerns that probably <br />needs to be addressed in your files so there is not a misunderstanding at some time in the <br />future. <br />Thanks for the excellent report. <br />
