"A" Pit being used for backfilling of overburden shale material. <br />2. "D" Pit is actively being mined with overburden to a depth of about <br />12 feet. <br />3. "E" Pit should be completely reclaimed this fall. <br />4. Hill area on west side is being extended to south with overburden shale <br />material. <br />5. "C" Pit just had topsoil stripped and mining will occur there shortly. <br />6. Drainage control structure routes water back into pits. <br />7. Topsoil piles are excellently sloped and well vegetated. <br />8. Operator is continuing to do an excellent job. <br />9. Financial warranty of $506,600.00 is adequate for this site. <br />10.
