COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspectOn, The comments include dscussion of observations made <br />during the inspection Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action <br />This was a bond release inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation. Mining, and Safety (Division) On August 15. 2007 the Division received a <br />request for a bond release for lands approved for apost-mining land use of industrial use for <br />about 12.5 acres of disturbed land located within the permit boundary. The post-mining use <br />for the coal loadout are. office area and access and haul roads outside the disturbed area <br />was approved as industrial as a result of Technical Revision No. 14 (TR-141 <br />This application was found complete on October 5 2007 following receipt of the required <br />proof of publication rn a local paper. Ron Thompson represented the permittee during the <br />inspection. The landowner was invited but did not attend All lands wfthin the permit <br />boundary are privately owned.
