The required submittals include: <br />1. A permit amendment to include the glory hole within the permit area. This <br /> amendment should also include the treated mine water pipeline alignment <br /> into the permit area. <br />2. The stability and free -board information and analysis fox the tailing dam. <br />3. Ecological monitoring program data and evaluation. <br />4.
