Permit boundaries should be more clearly and adequately marked. <br />This item will be completed with sleet paint-mazked posts before the April 1, 1999 Correction Date. <br />Item 3. Topsoil stockpile not shaped and stabilized <br />Present plans are to distribute this topsoil in reclamation on the north portion of the pit this ear. In <br />fact, equipment is scheduled to be moved in to start azound March 20, 1999. <br />Item 4. Stockpiled topsoil material is significantly less than required by the reclamation plan. <br />An amendment to the Reclamation Plan is proposed to be filed before the June 1, 1999 Correction <br />Date, amending final reclamation to Industrial from Wildlife Habitat. This will require significantly <br />less topsoil. <br />Item 5. Disturbance north of the permit boundary area disturbed by the previous operator <br />and which is now this operator's responsibility. Commit in writing to reclaim this area. <br />The operator does commit to reclaiming this area outside their permit area disturbed by the previous <br />operator. As stated in Item 3 above, a loader and dozer are being moved in March 20, 1999 to start <br />some of this reclamation. <br />Item 6. Overhead power line crossing the permit area with supports located in this area are <br />present, but there is nut a compensation agreentrnt iu the file b..riveen the owner and the power <br />company. <br />The operator will make contact with the power company and secure such an agreement before the <br />June 1, 1999 Correction Date. <br />
