They appeared to be stable and in good condition. Access to the
loadout is via the Tie-Across-Haul-Road of Seneca Coal Company. This road was also
well maintained and in good condition.
Hydroloaic Balance: -The loadout truck loop pond (pond 1) appeared to contain a
small amount of water, although the pond was covered with snow. The pond
appeared to be stable and in good condition.
-The loadout rail loop pond (pond 2) was also covered with snow but appeared to
be dry. The pond appeared to be stable and in good condition as well.
-All of the ditches were full of snow but appeared to be stable.
TOpS011: All of the topsoil stockpiles appeared to be in good condition. The topsoil
marker signs were in place and in good condition.
Fish & Wildlife: There were three large bull-elk grazing on the topsoil stockpile areas at
the time of the inspection. There were also signs of deer and elk on the other parts of
the site, although no other wildlife was seen.
