Several or more oblique photographs of the future <br />640 acre site were taken with a digital camera and will be used by the Division staff during future permitting and/or <br />ground inspections to determine compliance with the approved mine and reclamation plan. The photographs are <br />attached to this report, ie: images 114, 117. <br />2. The status of the Ranch Land Rock Pit #1 is "awaiting warranty". Therefore, a mining and reclamation permit must <br />first be issued by the Division prior to disturbance. The aerial photographs verify that there is no mining disturbance at <br />the site. The operator is also advised to check with the local county government to determine their permitting <br />requirements prior to disturbance. <br />3.
