III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE
Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during

This was an aerial inspection of the Hamilton Mine for the month of August, 2001.
ROADS: Appear satisfactory.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: All ditches and culverts appear to be clear and capable of functioning as
designed. Pond A and B were dry. Both ponds are capable of functioning as designed.
RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The site is drying up after a very good spring but vegetation is still
abundant. The site is very stable as far as erosion is concerned.
