III. COMMENTS-COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe <br />any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the (acts of evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial conducted by Janet Binns of the Division of Mineral and Geology. Eckman Park and <br />Mine 1 were surface mines that have been reclaimed. <br />HvdroloQic Balance: Pond H contained water. Repair to weir is complete. Contour ditches in Mine 1 area <br />appear competent. No erosional features were noted. <br />Reveaetation: Vegetation of the Mine 1 azea looks good. Cattle were not on mine site at the time of this <br />inspection. Few weeds were noted during this inspection. <br />Slides & Damaee: The landslide east of the Mine 1 area does not appear to have progressed any further this <br />spring. Slide is located east of the mined area as noted in a previous report. <br />Reclamation Success: No erosional problems were noted in PG 1-2 or PG 1-1 permanent drainages. <br />Reclaimed slopes appear stable. <br />Page _ of Pages, Date Initials <br />
