Pugh, OSM <br />Weather: Clear and Cold <br />An inspection of this mine site revealed that all disturbed <br />areas were under drainage control. All ditches and ponds were <br />stable and functioning as designed. Both ponds had been <br />recertified on October 20, 1993. The East Pond contained a <br />small amount of water. All culverts were clear of debris and <br />sediment. <br />The refuse pile appeared to be stable. The last certification <br />was November 1, 1994. The haulroad, which was built pre-law <br />has been certified as adequate. Other documents, reports, and <br />certifications were available and being properly maintained. <br />Insurance expires May 6,1995. Bond amount is $100,000.00. <br />No Notice of Violation or Ten-Day Notice was issued. <br />3 ~' <br />
