Entire site has been disturbed. Permit indicates this occurred <br />prior to permitting. <br />3. Entire Area indicated as weeds is under water. Cottonwood trees <br />in middle of water indicate a possible temporary high ground <br />wa±er table, or runoff from rains and snow melt. <br />4. Excavation appears within permit limits as does moderate dis- <br />turbance, however reclamation has yet to commence. <br />5. Overburden/Topsoil stockpile exists on SW portion of site. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. Please account for the existing pond. This is not permitted <br />and may require an amendment. <br />2. Please address the reclamation timetable. <br />3. Please confirm the location, extent and volume of your topsoil] <br />overburden stockpile noted above. <br />4. r"lease submit your 1933 annual report. <br />5.
