OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE:

1. 5 acrES max. major/10 acres max moderate/ 5 acres minor.
2. Entire site has been disturbed. Permit indicates this occurred
prior to permitting.
3. Entire Area indicated as weeds is under water. Cottonwood trees
in middle of water indicate a possible temporary high ground
wa±er table, or runoff from rains and snow melt.
4. Excavation appears within permit limits as does moderate dis-
turbance, however reclamation has yet to commence.
5. Overburden/Topsoil stockpile exists on SW portion of site.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Please account for the existing pond. This is not permitted
and may require an amendment.
2. Please address the reclamation timetable.
3. Please confirm the location, extent and volume of your topsoil]
overburden stockpile noted above.
4. r"lease submit your 1933 annual report.
5. Please address why excavation on the north end of pit is occurring
without topsoil salvage. This is a violation of the permit.
