The permittee
indicated that recharge in this permit area is minimal. The river banks in the vicinity of the pit appear to be stabile, with natural
vegetation becoming well established on the north permit boundary and west permit boundary that lies north of the river.
Riparian vegetation is becoming established on pit floor in the 'high water' areas of the river channel.
Storage of mining and non-mining related equipment continues on site.
Responses to this inspection report should be directed to Steve Shuey at the Division of Minerals and Geology, Grand Junction
Field Office, 101 South 3rd Street, Room 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, phone number 970-243-6368.
18 E Contact Address
NAME
OPERATOR
STREET
CITY/STATE(ZIP
Patricia Farnsworth
Farnsworth Construction Company
1494 Highway 133
Paonia.
