Mioe Identification <br />1.) Sign has been installed <br />2.) Boundary markers have been installed <br />3.) We inspected the property with Tony Waldron and demonstrated the various <br />florescent markers that we installed and existing survey monuments. <br />II. Tank Residue <br />l .) The residual substance was positively identified as diesel fuel that had tamed to <br />gel and then to a vamish like substance. This was also confirmed with Petromark <br />personnel. <br />2.) The residue that flowed out of several ports after the sun heated up the taiilc was <br />picked up and put into drums. <br />3.) The drums of diesel (vamish) were disposed of at the Phantom Landfill of the <br />Twin Landfill Corporation on 5-8-99. Enclosed aze four photographs which show <br />the disposal sequence: <br />i. Drums of material on the ground at the quarry. <br />ii. Drums being loaded on the company's truck <br />iii. Truck photographed in front of the Phantom Landfill sign with the truck's <br />license plate visible in the photo <br />iv. Fow barrels on the ground in the dump amongst other debris -truck is <br />shown to be empty. Also enclosed is a receipt from Phantom Landfill for <br />the material and our payment. <br />
