The permit ntunber for the mine is M-76.007- <br />UG according to Gary. The mine is currently opcratedabove-ground by Denver Brick. <br />The ]esthete flows out of an old mine entrance that is on our neighbor's land (Brett and <br />Tanya McCormick, see map #f2). The leachata then flows into a small pond on their property, and <br />spills fmm the pond and flows through a ditch onto our land, spreading out on our pasture and <br />destroyingxegetation-Tlte-maumum areF` affected is several acres.
