USR-877 <br />• Prairie dogs, towns of dogs are leaving mining areas, traveling and relocating on irrigated <br />farm grounds. <br />• USR 1046 (Tull Property) the permit cleazly shows a processing plant, concrete plant, and <br />asphalt plant located on the Tull Property. Yo conveyors from the fir11 property to the Distel <br />plant were permitted. The Distel Pit was [o be finishedlreclaimed wish the plant being moved <br />to the Tull property. <br />• It is hard to understand that a permit gives you the right to tear up so much river bottomland. <br />Lf the amendment ofPerchel, and City of Longmont Property happen there wdl he 2-3 nines <br />of river bottom that has not been reclaimed for IS-20 years. <br />• The surrounding property owners want to see some end to this. We will not stand for the <br />Distel plant to be the processing location for the Tull property. This would be a 15-20 year <br />process (Unacceptable). <br />• The 75' easement through the City of Longmont's wildlife sanctuary is not acceptable. This <br />would affect people and wildlife in a very negative way For far to many years. <br />In Conclusion <br />I. I have copied sections from the Colorado mined Land Act. <br />2. I have copied sections of case number Amended UST-877 C & M Distel Farms Permit far your <br />review. <br />3. In several attempts to work out our problems and concerns with C & M. no reasonable effort has been <br />trade by them to meet us halfway. <br />4.
