III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE Below are comments on the rnspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the inspection Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the Facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action This was a complete inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division). This mine is in permanent cessation and reclamation of most areas is complete. Patchy snow covered the ground and access was limited to the main facility reclaimed area and the coal loadout. The weather was sunny and mild. Availability of Records The public copy of the mine records is kept at the Energy Fuels Coal Company office in Florence Ground water sampling was conducted in November 2006. The required liability insurance certificate indicated an expiration date of October 1.2007. Pond inspections and refuse pile inspections for the 3'd quarter should be filed with the public copy of the records as soon as possible.
