The boundaries and property lines of the permit area and amendment area <br />are clearly marked, as are the 50' setbacks from Bull Creek seep. Compass readings were <br />taken at the northeast corner of the amendment area, and the readings matched those noted on <br />the map. A telephone line which was not on the map was noted, but the Operator explained <br />that it was outside the new permit boundaries---on the eastern side of the Bull Creek seep. <br />Pictures were taken of the Blurry wall, fencelines, and surrounding area. The purpose of this <br />amendment was to save money on building the slurry wall by eliminating several 90 degree <br />turns by buying up the 10 acre property which contained the southern portion of Bull Creek <br />Seep. The reclamation plan appears to be consistent with the use and appearance of the <br />surrounding area. <br />No problems were noted at this site. <br />I & E Contact Address cc: Carl B.
