In order to consider expansion of the quarry, the following information must <br />be submitted: <br />1. A detailed revised reclamation plan; <br />2. A detailed rock slope stability analysis for operational and final highwall <br />configurations. The report must contain an analysis of the mechanics of current <br />slope failures and a discussion of geological data of structures, discontinuities, and <br />groundwater conditions, and the report should contain site specific data on the <br />shear strength of rock including discontinuities; and <br />3.
