George Otten of Central City Consolidated <br />Mining was present during the inspection. <br />The mine is in operable condition, but has water in the shaft. The operator has a discharge <br />permit and ha:a installed a water treatment plant, but is not currently operating. There is <br />a Permit ID sign posted and the permit boundaries were identified. <br />The Golden Gilpin Mill was also inspected.The permit boundaries were located. A Mine ID sign <br />is posted.
