• <br />(Page 2) <br />~ MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-iaRn-~aa <br />INSPECTION DATE: '~-na -ni INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: ~1~ <br />The Division conducted a monitoring and construction progress inspection of the site on 3-6-03. Present <br />During the inspection were Dr. Harry Posey of DMG, Misssers Phil Braes and Mark Tedquist of CC&V.The <br />main purpose of the inspection was to reaquient Dr. Posey of the expansion of the operation, since he last <br />saw it, about 6 months ago. Temporary diversion work near Phase III area was continuing, no major <br />problem noted. Golder QA/QC personnel were present near the area. Highway relocation work was in full <br />progress. The bridge pier work and the solution collection pond construction were also in full progress. <br />While in the area, the following readings were recorded from the high and low volume solution collection <br />transducers for Phase II Pregnant solution collection area. High Volume pump # 4 read, 20.4 feet of head, <br /># 5 read 24.4 feet of head, and # 6 read 27.9 feet of head. The low volume solution collection pump #1 <br />read .11 feet of head and 2 read .12 feet of head. <br />Continued the inspection to the main Cresson pit area where Dr. Posey collected a few ore samples for a <br />talk he was planning to give the week of the 12. The pit was active no problem noted. Continued the <br />inspection to the East Cresson area, no major problem noted. It was inactive at the time of the inspection. <br />The inspection continued to the Squaw Gulch waste storage area. Haul road storm water drainage <br />structures appear to be in good repair.
