He has informed me that I should direct all
future correspondence on this subject to you instead of to him.
As I had stated in my previous letter dated March 29, 1995, we have been working closely with
the State Engineer's Otlice to keep all of our sites in compliance with these regulations. We are
not aware of any problems with the water rights or with the well permit for this location. I have
discussed this issue with Dick Wolfe, State Engineers Office, and clarified a few issues with him.
He said that the only concern that he had was that the permit was not in our name. That issue has
been resolved since Flatiron owns the property, not Western Mobile. Even though this was
explained in my previous letter, Mr. Shreiner's response letter once again stated that we need to
demonstrate compliance with the State Engineer's Office. After discussing the issue with him, he
suggested that I send you a copy of the well permit the State Engineer's Office mailed us.
Hopefully, this will suffice and resolve this time consuming misunderstanding.
In the future, could you please discuss these issues more fully with the appropriate agencies, as it
can create a misconception of ho.+• we do business. Further, si.^.ce your records are open to the
public, we request that you re-issue your inspection report, noting that we are in compliance and
have perfected the appropriate well permit.
Any additional questions on this matter, please contact me at (303) 657-4331.
Sincerely,
~(c~Le (,ze,
Julie Goettemoeller
Land Manager
999
Enclosure: Copy of well permit no. 037739-F
