(4) The impoundment was covered by snow, thus an estimate of remaining capacity could not be
determined.
(5) The pond was being cleaned of coal fines. Cleaning appeared to be approximately'/<
complete. See SUPPORT FACILITIES below.
(6) Some cleaning of the ponds was evident. Effectiveness and amount was not estimated due to
snow cover. See SUPPORT FACILITES below.
(7) 100-year precipitation event containment pond. There was no construction dewatering
dischazge to the 6-North Mains sedimentation pond, and no pumping under the construction
dewatering permit.
