The problems should be corrected by the dates given, ~r they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Bard. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE 1) The approvf~d mining plan for the operation indicates that 5/1/00 no mining wi1:L be conducted below groundwater elevation and materials wi1:L not be removed within at least two feet above groundwater elevation. The continued visible ponding of water in two excavated areas within the permit area, however, indicates that groundwater may still be exposed by the mining operation.
