As <br />Jtm Schmleding stated in his letter dated March 3, 1981, Holly Sugar <br />does have a valid penntt for this operation. However, we do not have <br />a copy of this permit and would appreciate you sending us a copy from <br />your files. If you do.;not have a~r,Qpy:,piease let me know and we still <br />reissue the.pertnit.. '~' ,. - -- <br />My Inspection was only for that part a ..Lhe quarry operlted by Colorado <br />Lien. During this (nspect'ton.l got .t~e''impresslon that the permit area <br />is being quarried by two,:s~parate operators with two separate mining <br />and reclamation plans. a~ `th_tp!:sli,.true a technical revision or permit <br />amendment must be submltted:a"s""soon =as :possible. <br />=~~,,: era= <br />According to the present mining' pia-.~Ckfilling with sandstone occurs <br />Concurrently with mining.'-=~f1o`backftl'led-areas were seen during my <br />inspection. I assume <br />that the crushed rock and rfp-rap giaterlel Is what was originally going <br />to be used for backfllling.
