<br /> <br />Mr. Rosemayer informed us that the remaining reclamation work for the 14 Level <br />includes removal of remaining buildings, removal of the settling pond, regrading and <br />capping the site, and revegetation. <br />West Tailings: <br />The West Tailings area contained a tailings pond with Outfalls 002 and 003. This area <br />has been regraded and capped, the outfalls removed, and a stormwater drain installed. <br />The approximate location of Outfa11002 was 37° 58.33 north, 107° 43.65 west. The <br />approximate location ofOutfall 003 was 37° 58.38 north, 107° 43.56 west. <br />Mr. Rosemayer informed us that the remaining West Tailings reclamation work consists <br />of revegetation. <br />East Tailings: <br />The East Tailings area contained a tailings pond with Outfalls 004 and 005. This azea has <br />been regraded and capped, and the outfalls removed. The approximate location of <br />Outfa11004 was 37° 58.41 north, 107° 43.42 west. The approximate location of Outfall <br />005 was 37° 58.42 north, 107° 43.40 west. <br />Mr. Rosemayer informed us that the remaining East Tailings reclamation work consists <br />of revegetation. <br />There were no issues noted during our inspection.
