III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE

On August 31, 1994 a complete inspection was conducted at the permanently
reclaimed Canadian Strip Mine. At the time of the inspection the weather was
threatening thunderstorms with a sprinkle here and there. There was a little water
in both ponds.
Records were checked at the Jackson county courthouse and all were found to be
in order. The vegetation was browning up which is normal for this time of year.
