It appears to me that the drawings we had on file did not rellect what the <br />registered sun•eyor found ou the ground. There is no unpcrmitted area between the mo permit <br />sites as was initially reflected on the drawings we had on file. This would appear to eliminate the <br />conczm of having our grar•el stock located off permitted areas. <br />We have been working with the state DOT :utd they have agreed to sign over their interests <br />in their pemtiited area to the county. The Forest Service has prelimutarify agreed to pcnuit a <br />larger area for the county. What we will he working on is a new single permit to coyer the larger <br />area drawn by the stueeyor on the plat by a dark line (rectangle}. <br /> <br />If the enclosed map is sufTicient to keep us out of difficulties with the Division for now-~yz <br />will begin working on a new permitted area to clean things up further. Please let me know your <br />opinion. <br />I have recently accepted a new position as the Lake County' Administrator in Leadville. ! <br />will otilv be in the otlice until June 9.
