I recognize that <br />there is not much work to be done and the site is fairly stable. <br />But if Mr. Smartt does not want reclamation finished there, we must <br />again balance that against any tasks remaining which are the <br />obligation of the county. This may also be a situation where you <br />would request being allowed to reclaim elsewhere. <br />If you have questions about any of this, please contact me.
